WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, TIMELY, OR SECURE, NOR DO WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF OUR EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS IN YOUR SPECIFIC WORKPLACE OR TEAM ENVIRONMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THREADCLOSURE STUDIO DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
